IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE NQ1 BOT SOFTWARE
This Agreement is a legal contract between you, the end user, and the creators of the NQ1 Bot. By purchasing and using the NQ1 Bot, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
You acknowledge that the NQ1 Bot contains proprietary trade secrets of our company. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the NQ1 Bot and not to disclose or provide access to anyone outside your organization.
2. Non-Compete Clause
You agree not to use the information provided by the NQ1 Bot to create any software or trading tools that would directly compete with the NQ1 Bot within a period of five (5) years following the date of this Agreement.
3. No Resale or Redistribution
You agree not to sell, redistribute, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise transfer the NQ1 Bot, in whole or in part, to any other party. You may not offer the NQ1 Bot, or any derivative thereof, for commercial resale or commercial distribution in any medium.
4. No Unauthorized Sharing
The NQ1 Bot is licensed to you and you alone. You agree not to share the software, your access credentials, or any related materials with any other individual, including friends or family.
5. No Modification
You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the NQ1 Bot. The structure, organization, and code of the NQ1 Bot are valuable trade secrets and confidential information.
6. Personal Use
The NQ1 Bot is provided for your personal use only. You agree not to use the NQ1 Bot or any related services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
7. Breach of Agreement
Any breach of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of your license to use the NQ1 Bot, without notice, and may subject you to legal action.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the creators of the NQ1 Bot regarding your use of the NQ1 Bot and supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
BY USING THE NQ1 BOT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
